Benshen v800-mql micro lubrication system is an intelligent micro lubrication system mainly based on built-in lubrication, which solves the processing conditions when the internal cooling system is used during the cutting fluid period, and generates ≥ 1 μ M suspended oil particles, fine particles can enter the spindle through the rotary joint of the machining center, and are almost transported to the cutting area of the tool and workpiece without loss.

The self adaptability of v800-mql micro lubrication internal cooling system is its outstanding feature. The system can automatically adjust the amount of aerosols (aerosols) generated by suspended oil particles according to the change of the diameter of the inner hole of the tool, so as to ensure reliable lubricant supply without waste under the conditions of different tool sizes and nozzle diameters. At the same time, it can also make the particle size of suspended oil particles (aerosols) uniform, so that the machining point can obtain reliable lubrication. This process does not need to be adjusted by the operator. It is completed at the same time during the tool change process of the machine tool, saving the adjustment time. The ultra-fine suspended oil particles are not easily affected by the centrifugal force of the high-speed rotating spindle when passing through the cold channel in the machine tool.
